The RFID chip is what a mobile phone uses for making contactless payments and as you can see from the picture, the one I use are high capacity and around the size of a ten pence coin. There are multiple options on what data can be added, but I've gone down two roads - there is a video attached showing both options.
 
1) The client taps or sweeps over your RFID chip and your contact details go directly into their contact list.
 
2) We use software called Unit Link, which when the client taps or sweeps over the RFID chip forwards them to a website which contains all of your contact, website and social accounts, including your phone and email details. This won't import into their phone, but you can change the details if you need to and it will update instantly. It does however forward them to each link - of they click the phone it will open the dialer on their phone,w with your number already entered. Pressing the website buttong takes them sraight to your website and hitting any of the social buttons takes them directly to your social accounts. I can create the Unit Link account for you (you can then change the password) or you can create the account and send me the link, either way it contains all the information a client could ever need to contact you. The software itself is free.
 
The chips are self adhesive and although I wouldn't trust them to stay attached to fabric, they are more than capable of sticking to anything flat, like the side of a DJ booth or a lighting fixture.
 
These chips will be fully locked and cannot be edited in any way and they are also read only - there is no danger of anybody taking anything from you (and if they did it would only be your contact info!)
 
These are the future of contact cards - the data is in either entered directly into their phone and can't be lost or forgetten about, or they have access to every account you own. Ultimately they may never contact you, but there is nothing we can do about that.
